sure to please any palate. A short drive down
Rt. 522 in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia and you'll discover
Cacapon State Park, which offers world class
golfing, horseback riding, paddle boat rentals,
swimming, dining and endless trails for hiking
and mountain biking - the list goes on and on!
Our beautiful cabin rental is just a short
and scenic drive to downtown Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.

dishes including the traditional Panorama favorites
such as steaks and prime rib as well as contemporary
dishes aimed to please every taste. Meat lovers,
vegetarians and vegans will all find something

our cabin offers "members only" community
access to the Cacapon River where you can swim,
canoe, kayak, or fish! We are pet friendly,
so If you are bringing your dog along, they
will most certainly enjoy splashing around,
and playing fetch in the water!

Ahh... Fall is here again - our favorite time of year! After the long hot summer we've had, these cooler temps are most welcome! Come book a week or a weekend at Lazy Days! We've got plenty of seasoned firewood for you to burn in the brick fireplace on those chilly evenings. A fire sure does feel good after coming in from a soak in the hottub too! :)

Spring is knocking at the door! We are having brand new screens installed in all the windows, so that beautiful, fragrant mountain breeze can waft in, and those tiny flying insects can stay out! :)

Ahhh! Fall is here! Crisp mountain air, apple cider, leaves crunching under foot... this is both me and Megan's favorite time of the year! Come and stay at Lazy Days, and experience the Fall mountain magic! Soak in the 104 degree hot tub in the chilly evenings! Guaranteed to melt away all your stress! If you have the time and inclination, we highly recommend that you take an hour long horseback ride through the Cacapon mountains. This is a guided tour, and only cost $24.00 per person. Great fun for all. The company that offers this service is called Tripple "C" Outfitters, and they are located inside Cacapon State Park, in Berkeley Springs. We just added a Keurig, single cup coffee brewer. Be sure to bring some K-cups along! Of course, our traditional filter coffee machine, and bean grinder are still availabe. We like to offer options! :)

Spring has finally sprung! This is truly a great time of the year to visit Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.
Exciting News: The Cacapon River (the mountain river that runs through the community where our cabin is located) was just named the number one spot in the entire country for small mouth bass fishing!

The "blizzard" that swept the Mid-Atlantic Region left about 20 inches of snow in the Berkeley Springs, West Virgina area. The cabin's driveway has been plowed, as have all the roads leading to it. The snow makes for a picture perfect setting in the mountains. Great time to hunker down at the cabin. Take a long soak in the 104 degree hot tub, then light a nice wood fire, maybe pop in a movie, and just relax!

This is truly a wonderful time of year to visit Lazy Days River Retreat! The leaves have fallen and the mountain views are spectacular - especially while soaking in the hot tub! We have been busy making numerous upgrades. Over the past two weeks we have added a brand new, super comfortable Lazy Boy sofa and lounge chair, new wood blinds in all the windows, and a new stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator (with on-door ice maker). We hope these additions will add to your enjoyment over the holiday season!
